I am a fully qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I am also a qualified Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner, Reiki Master and Reiki Crystal Practitioner.
I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation which ensures I am fully insured, properly qualified, and undertake regular CPD each year. As in all good practise for therapists I also have regular supervision and attend training for hypnotherapy and counselling when able.
I am very passionate about what I do and love helping people to lead happier and more enjoyable lives.
My private practice is based in Great Dunmow Essex but covers all of the surrounding towns and villages such as Bishop Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Chelmsford, Thaxted, Felsted, Takeley, The Roding’s
